public comment, Community Council comments, public hearing presentations, application information, County Staff review and recommendation, ordinance compliance, and compatibility with the general plan.
These Commissions make a recommendation to the County Council on general plan
amendments, ordinance text amendments, changes, and subdivisions with 10 or
more lots. They make the final decision on conditional use applications and
subdivisions with less than 10 lots.
