Home Business License

To obtain a business license for your home business, you will need to fill out the Home Business Application Forms. The home business page has more information on starting up your business.

Home Daycare/ Preschool License

If you would like to start a home daycare or preschool, you will need to follow the Home Daycare/ PreSchool procedures.

Commercial Business License

To obtain a business license for your commercial business, you will need to fill out the Commercial Business Application Forms.

Event License

If you are holding an event, you will need an event license issued from our division. Please fill out the Application for Event License. Garage/yard sales and temporary social sales gatherings that do not exceed one day, such as candle parties, book parties, etc., do not need an event license.

Business License Change

If you are making a change to your business license, including a name or address change, you will need to fill out a Business License Change Request.

Verifying Employee Working Status

If you have over 15 employees, you will need to verify their legal working status with the Department of Homeland Security. The E-Verify handout provides more information.
