Public Works - Planning and Development

These fees may apply to your development project and must be paid in full prior to receiving project approval and/or a building permit.

1. Plan Review and Engineering Check Fees: All persons filing development plats are required to pay engineering check fees in accordance with the following:
   • Major Subdivision - (10 lot and above)
     Fee: 6% of the performance bond amount which includes an initial fee of $90 per lot.
   • Minor Subdivision - (1-9 lots)
     Fee: 6% of the performance bond amount which includes an initial fee of $180 for 1-2 lots, or $90 per lot for 3-9 lots.
   • Non-Subdivisions - (Conditional and Permitted Use)
     Fee: 4.5% of the performance bond amount which includes an initial fee of $150.
   • Roadway Dedications - (Plat required)
     Fee: 5.5% of the performance bond amount which includes an initial fee of $200 per plat.
   • Roadway Dedications - (Non-subdivision, warranty deed required)
     Fee: $150
2. Urban Hydrology Drainage Impact Fees: Required of all persons filing development plats. These fees are computed using one of the following methods:
   1. Plan-Based Method
   2. Average-Cost Method

Note: Initial fees, where required, are collected with the project application.
