Fencing:
Block
- The block should be concrete block or equivalent.
- The block should be a minimum of 6 inches wide.
- The top of the block wall should have a block cap that overhangs each side of the wall a minimum of 1/2 inch.
Rebar: - Minimum rebar required:
- Vertical, #4 @ 32 inches on center.
- Horizontal, #4 @ 48 inches on center.
Appearance:
- A colored block should be used instead of painting the wall to reduce the amount of maintenance.
- The relief of the wall must be varied by using pilasters, kerfed block, shadowall block, fluted split block, split block, or a mix of block types.
